Founding Partner & CEO

Anne is passionate about finding solutions to scaling challenges. She founded Mainstacks after 10 years of building business operations from the ground up at early- and mid-stage startups. As a leader at Brightside, Humu, and BrightBytes (now Google), she has designed and built the business operations systems that took each company through major growth stages. Anne excels at seeing the big picture while simultaneously getting hands-on in implementation.

Anne holds a B.A. in Media Studies from UC Berkeley. She is a proud dog mom and can be found hiking, playing Catan, or watching WWII documentaries in her spare time.

Principal Advisor

Mabel has been a trusted systems advisor for over a decade, known for her exceptional skills in revenue operations and exemplary track record of enhancing processes and systems architecture at Box, Schoolmint, and BrightBytes (now Google). Mabel specializes in business processes, data management, and software integrations.

Mabel holds an M.A. in Instructional Design & Media from Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Economy from UC Berkeley. When she is not traveling the world or managing a local theater production, Mabel enjoys cooking and watching cheesy movies with her family and friends.

Principal

Kira specializes in recruiting and talent management systems, having built the foundational recruiting systems at Airbnb. She has been an advisor in talent branding for startups and capacity operations for larger organizations. Most recently, she led the product development of an integrated headcount and recruiting platform for enterprise businesses.

Kira holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute and a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from UC Berkeley. She is happiest when rock climbing, backpacking, or reading a good book.
